As well as recovered cart notifications, our Pro add-on includes notifications when carts fail to be converted. When the cart is finally abandoned at the end of your email campaign, if it’s still unconverted, then you’ll receive an email notification.
These notifications include the details of the cart, with easy click through to view the cart history, including the captured customer details if you want to manually follow up.
